What is Off-Airport Parking?

How does your service work?
Most of our locations have two levels of service: Self-Park
and Valet Park
Self-Park: As the name implies, you choose your own
parking spot and retain your vehicles keys.
Our airport shuttle driver meets you there, assists you with your luggage,
and within
minutes delivers you to the door of the airline terminal you designate.
Valet Park: You simply pull into our driveway where
our attendant gets your name and expected
date of return, takes your keys, gives you a ticket receipt, assists you with
your
luggage and the boarding of our shuttle vehicle – and off you go to the
airport. We park
your vehicle. When you return it will be in the driveway (warmed, or cooled)
ready to go.
How much time should I allow to check-in and get to
the airport?
We recommend that you arrive twenty minutes before the
time you wish to be at your airlines terminal. Keep in
mind that most airlines recommend that you arrive at
their terminals 1 to 2 hours prior to your flight departure
time. (Allow extra time during holidays)
When are you open?
For your convenience most Payless parking facilities
are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Are your parking lots safe and secure?
Absolutely! Unlike most airport parking garages, our
lots are fenced, well-lit, clean and monitored. Access
is strictly limited to parking customers and our uniformed
staff who are there assisting you from the moment you
enter our facility until the time you leave it.
How often do your airport shuttles run?
Our airport shuttle vehicles run on demand. Our goal
is to deliver you to, or from, the airport within 7
to 10 minutes of your arrival or return.
How and when do I pay?
Payment is generally made when your return to pick up
your vehicle. When making an advance reservation online
you may be asked to pay upfront. We accept cash, traveler’s
checks and all major credit cards.
Do I need to make a reservation?
It is recommended. Just click “Reservations” on
the navigation bar shown below – it’s quick
and easy. During holidays and throughout the year, parking
availability is guaranteed with a confirmed reservation
at Payless.
What do I do when I return from my trip?
You’ll receive instructions when you check-in. However, when you arrive at your baggage claim area locate the nearest courtesy telephone kiosks and notify us of your arrival. By the time you retrieve your baggage our shuttle vehicle should have arrived and our driver will assist you in boarding.
