Reservations:
All reservations made on PaylessParking.com require a credit card pre-payment of the total parking amount due which is calculated based on the Dates and Times you have entered. Please be sure that the “Times” you enter when making your reservation at PaylessParking.com are for your arrival and return to the respective parking facility, not your flight departure and arrival times.
Change/Modify a Reservation:
PaylessParking.com understands that travel plans can change; flights are cancelled, or delayed, with little notice, so we’ve made it easy for our customers to change their reservations accordingly. This can be done at anytime by simply returning to our online reservations engine, entering your information and the new date and time of both you expected arrival to park and return pick-up. Please note: there is a $4.95 fee to modify a reservation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
If for whatever reason you need to cancel your reservation in its entirety, you will follow the same procedure as mention above in the Change/Modify process. Return to our online reservations engine and initiate the “cancellation” option. To successfully cancel a reservation, you MUST make your cancellation a Minimum of 12 Hours prior to your originally scheduled date/time to park. Please note: there is an $9.50 fee to cancel a reservation.
