How do I reserve a parking space?
Reserving a parking space at PaylessParking.com is fast, easy and guaranteed! To book online go to Make a Reservation and our reservations engine will guide you through a few very simple steps. Please be sure that you enter in the time you plan to arrive at the parking facility (Not, your flight departure and arrival times). Your space will be confirmed and securely pre-paid for in no time. If, for whatever reason, you’re uncomfortable with booking online and would prefer to speak to a reservations agent, call us toll free at 1-800-237-6731 and we will be happy to assist you.
Where is the parking lot located?
All of our parking affiliates are private companies located adjacent to, a few blocks, or at most a few minutes drive from the airports property. Each of them provides fast, free transportation to and from all terminals. For your convenience, our reservation confirmation form provides a map, with directions and the parking facilities phone number and address.
How do I get to and from the airport?
Our affiliates provide FREE transportation to and from each of the airports terminals via shuttle buses and can generally deliver you there within 10 minutes, or less. It is recommended that you arrive at the parking facility 20 minutes prior to the time you feel you need to be at the terminal. Keep in mind that most airlines recommend that you arrive at the terminal 1 to 2 hours in advance of your flight departure time.
What is the check-in procedure?
A customer service agent will assist you on arrival. In most cases you will need to provide them with a copy of your receipt and leave your keys with the attendant. The shuttle drivers will assist you with your luggage. Remember: Most airlines recommend arriving at the terminal 1 to 2 hours before your flight departure time. Our affiliates request that you arrive at their lot 20 minutes prior to the time you need to be at the terminal. In most cases, their shuttle service can get you to your departing terminal in 10 minutes, or less.
Is pre-payment required when making a guaranteed parking reservation?
Yes. Your credit card will be charged at the time the booking is completed to provide a guaranteed space. Pre-payment not only saves you money, it saves you time too. You will always find our parking vendors lowest rates at PaylessParking.com and by paying in advance the time needed to both park and pick-up your vehicle upon your return is significantly reduced.
What if my flight is delayed, I arrive sooner than expected, or park for longer than scheduled.
The total cost of your parking will ultimately be based on the actual length of time your vehicle was parked at our affiliate’s lot. Any additional charges will be based on the daily, or hourly, rates as stated on your reservation receipt.
Do I need to show a receipt for my pre-paid reservation?
Yes. When you arrive at the lot to have your vehicle parked you will be asked for a copy of your pre-paid voucher. Without this, you will not receive credit and will be charged again.
What if I fail to receive or cannot PRINT my pre-paid receipt?
If you don’t receive, or are unable to print, your confirmed reservation receipt, you should contact us immediately at custsvc@PaylessParking.com or 800-237-6731. Our customer service agent will, at your request, email , fax, or mail it to you. To receive a copy by mail will require a minimum of 5 business days from the date requested.
What if I forgot my receipt?
If you forgot your pre-payment receipt at the time of your parking, a refund may be available to you. Please provide us with a copy of your parking receipt, in addition to your confirmation number and full contact information within 14 days of your return date.

What if I need to CHANGE, or CANCEL, my reservation?
Should your travel itinerary change, changing or cancelling your parking reservation online is quite easy on our modify/cancel page. Cancellations MUST be made a minimum of 12 Hours in advance of your schedule parking arrive time in order to receive a full refund. Changes and cancellations may also be made by phone by calling 1-800-237-6731 Please enter you First name, Last name, Confirmation number and PIN number to access your reservation. A $4.95 fee will be charged for any modification and a $9.50 fee will be charged for any cancellation. Your PIN number and confirmation number are both printed on your Confirmation Page and your E-mail confirmation.
Are the parking lots open 24 hours a day?
Most of our parking partners are open 24 hours per day 365 days per year. Those who aren’t generally make arrangements to meet all flights, unless stated otherwise on your pre-paid confirmation.
Are the parking lots safe and secure?
Yes. Our lots are well-lit, safe and secured 24 hours a day. For information on specific security precautions you can take to assist them in the protection of you vehicle please choose a location.
